3D PRINTING

3D printers are the heart of our company. We specialize in several technologies, including FDM and SLA. Thanks to the combination of these technologies and the ingenuity and creativity of our team, we have often managed to create the impossible for others. The materials from which we print are ABS, PLA, PET-G, NYLON, FLEX and other materials with admixtures of e.g. wood or plaster. For commercial use, we have printers with a build volume of 20x20x20 cm or 30x30x30 cm.

Printers are designed for small-lot production, but more than once we have shown that our printing area with over 100 printers will cope with many challenges.

POST-PROCESSING

Our machines and tools, combined with many years of experience of our team, allow us to use modern processing techniques for our products, which ensures the highest quality of services. We deal with a wide range of materials from polymers to metal. We carry out the process from cutting or printing the object through joining, grinding and smoothing to applying coatings in our professional spray booth.

POST-PROCESSING

LASER

In our machine park, we have, among others, a CO2 laser plotter with a working area of ​​160x250 cm and smaller engraving machines. Thanks to this, we are able to cut soft materials such as plastics or plywood up to a thickness of 10 mm. In addition to cutting, we are able to engrave any graphic or sign on the above-mentioned materials, as well as on eco-leather.

MILLING

Our milling plotter with a working area of ​​140x200 cm allows us to produce a variety of products. We can cut objects of any shape on the plotter, as well as create bas-reliefs. We process soft materials on the machine, like on a laser plotter, i.e. plastics and wood-based materials, but we can also use materials such as dibond or foamed PVC.

CASTINGS

The use of mold and casting techniques enables us to quickly produce small series of repeatable products. It also complements our production capabilities in terms of making elements of concrete or fully transparent resins. This saves time needed for processing when creating a series of items, because the castings very accurately reflect the shape and texture of the original model.

Thanks to the wide range of materials used for casting, we can obtain objects with different physical properties.

THERMOFORMING

Thermoforming is a process of vacuum forming a plastic that has previously been heated to a temperature where it can be easily shaped. In the process, plates or thin foils are used, which, after heating, are stretched over the model and thanks to the application of vacuum, the shape of the model is reproduced. In this way, the obtained models can be used as molds, product packaging, elements of mock-ups/models, decorations, housings of machines or devices and much more. Our thermoforming machine allows us to form objects on sheets of material with a size of 297x420 mm.

In order to implement our projects, we use various types of electronic and mechanical systems - enabling the creation of fully functional prototypes and interactive products. By combining them with our production capabilities, we are able to meet even the most complex issues.

3D SCANNING

Recreating shapes, sizes and relative positions of objects - this is how the idea of scanning can be briefly explained.

We have many scanning techniques, one of them is photogrammetry consisting in photographing the measured object from all sides and building a 3D model with the use of appropriate software. However, for 3D scanning of objects, where high accuracy is required, we use versatile and professional 3D scanners of structured light Artec Eva and Artec Space Spider. Their accuracy reaches 0.05 mm. These are handheld scanners and their mobility allows you to scan hard-to-reach places and objects with a complex structure and various sizes.
